From 1 July 2021, the VAT rules on cross-border business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce activities will change.
All goods imported in the EU will now be subject to VAT and formal custom declaration.
Therefore, we will suspend to close the shipping service (DHL express) to EU countries, until we can simplify the formal custom declaration process to make sure our customers can still receive the goods in the expected ETA date.
Currently, the airmail service is only available to few EU countries and may be subject to delay due to the impact by COVID-19. See the list below:
